HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND

All refunds are made back to the card account used to make the purchase within 14 days of receipt of your returned goods, some banks take longer than others.

Returns sent via Royal Mail are not necessarily delivered to the fulfilment warehouse on the date given on their tracking. The signature is usually when the parcel is added to the bag or cage at the Royal Mail depot rather than actual delivery date, so please allow an extra few days before contacting us if the tracking says 'delivered'.
